DQ® and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals
Since the DQ® system’s partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® began in 1984, independently owned and operated DQ® restaurants have helped raise more than $180 million for local hospitals. Money raised by these restaurants stays in their local communities to help our youngest fans and their families while they receive life-changing care through CMN Hospitals®. Every time you treat yourself to a Blizzard® Treat on Miracle Treat Day® or Round Up your order at a participating DQ® location, you bring health and hope to children in your community.
Miracle Treat Day
For every Blizzard® Treat sold on Miracle Treat Day® at participating DQ® locations, $1 or more will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to benefit your local hospital.
Round Up For Kids
At participating DQ® locations, you can round up your order to the nearest dollar to donate to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to benefit your local hospital. Small change can add up to make a big difference!
Miracle Balloons
When you purchase a Miracle Balloon at participating DQ®locations leading up to Miracle Treat Day®, your donations help change kids’ health to change the future.
Donation Canisters
Donate your loose change at participating locations to benefit your local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
